Couch to 5K: 8 week course
Get the best start on your journey from being unfit to someone who can run 5k (or Parkrun) without stopping. This course includes
- an initial face-to-face fitness consultation.
- detailed advice on getting started including how to avoid injury, choosing the right footwear, clothing etc.
- an 8 week training plan to fit around your lifestyle.
- frequent checks on your progress (face-to-face and via text message) to keep you motivated and on-track.
- When you complete a 5K at the end of the course, you will also receive a medal!

Run Coaching
1-to-1 coaching / instruction. Warm up, running session, warm down and stretching. Examples of running sessions include speed work / intervals, Fartlek, games, circuits, drills to improve technique, endurance sessions i.e. pyramids, etc.
45 minutes – £15 –
1 hour – £20 –
6 hours (multiple sessions, 6 hours for the price of 5) – £100 –
